All prescriptions are issued at the sole clinical discretion of our pharmacist prescriber following a review of your health questionnaire. Completing a questionnaire does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
You must inform us of all current medications, allergies, medical conditions, and any relevant changes to your health before and during treatment. We may request additional information or refer you to your GP if clinically necessary.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use only through Pharmacy Weight Loss Catterick unless otherwise stated. We do not accept prescriptions from other providers.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Your payment will only be processed once you have submitted your consultation. You will not be charged for a prescription or medication unless approved by our pharmacist. If your order is declined on clinical grounds, a full refund will be issued promptly.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist prescriber, delivery will be made within 1 working day via a tracked and secure courier service.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been clinically approved and dispensed, we are unable to offer a refund, as the medication cannot be resold under UK pharmaceutical law.
If your order is declined on clinical grounds, or if we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, a full refund will be issued within 5 to 10 working days to your original payment method.
Faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be replaced or refunded upon return and verification. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there is an issue.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
